Admission Policy

By registering for MPTS, you consent to the following admission policies:

Age Limits
No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the venue, unless prior permission has been granted by the event organisers.

Parents of babies and pre-walkers, contact julia.heighton@mbi.london to let the team know of your intention to attend with your child so we can inform the venue.

Audio / Visual Policy
Requests to film during MPTS must be submitted to kellinr@bubbleagency.com in advance of the event.
Photography and/or recording (including audio and video) during MPTS is allowed for personal and private use only.
Photos and/or recordings of exhibits in the exhibit halls may require the permission of the exhibitor.
Photos and/or recordings cannot be copied, altered, sold, exhibited or distributed without prior written consent from the MPTS team, which may be revoked at any time.
No disruptions due to photography and/or recording shall be allowed and violators may lose attendance privileges.

Your attendee badge
All attendees must register to attend the event, either online at mediaproductionshow.com or in-person at the registration desk.
All attendees must wear their badges in the venue at all times.
MPTS attendee badges are for the sole use of the person whose name is displayed and cannot be transferred for use by another participant.

Badge scanning
While you are at the event you will likely visit one or more exhibitors on their stand. By allowing your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor, or on a session theatre door, you agree that the relevant exhibitor or sponsor will have access to the information which you provided during this registration process in order for them to follow up post event. If you do not want your details passed on, you should refrain from having your badge scanned by exhibitors or at session entrances. Some event partners are located outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland. By authorising disclosure to them you consent to the transfer of your personal data to such locations.

If you wish to exercise any data protection rights with regards to how an Event Partner processes or uses your personal data, you must do so directly with such Event Partner.

Your badge will also be scanned at the main entrance to the event upon your arrival. This scan of your badge is for analytical and health and safety purposes only and no data is transferred to any other parties.

Security
There will be security at the entry points to the venue at all times checking bags. By registering for the event you are providing permission for the security team to search your bag if they request to do so.

Photography
By attending the event you that your image may be captured by the official event photographers and used in the MPTS marketing after the event. Should you object to this, simply tell the photographer during the event that you would prefer not to be photographed. 

Code of Conduct
MPTS Management is dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming experience for all event participants. To this end, MPTS Management strictly prohibits any act that demeans, menaces, discriminates against or harasses any event participant based on their sex, gender, gender identity or expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, color, national origin, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), creed, veteran status, technology choices or other characteristic protected by governing law. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties and online media. While at MPTS, staff, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, MPTS agents, speakers, attendees, exhibitors, media and all other participants are prohibited from: demeaning, menacing, discriminating against and/or harassing any individual at the event based on any of the afore-listed characteristics; engaging in any acts of violence; possessing any item that can be used as a weapon; possessing any illegal substance; smoking (other than in designated areas); and/or failing to obey any rule or regulation of MPTS or of the venue.

MPTS Management expects all event participants to abide by this Code of Conduct throughout the event. If a participant engages in any prohibited or otherwise unacceptable behavior, MPTS Management, in its sole discretion, may take any action they deem appropriate, including removing the violator from MPTS without warning and contacting the authorities as necessary. 

Please know that MPTS Management will be available to help participants contact venue security or local law enforcement, to provide escorts or to otherwise assist those experiencing unacceptable behavior to feel safe for the duration of MPTS.

This Code of Conduct is without prejudice to MPTS' rights, all of which it expressly reserves.  MPTS Management further reserves the right to modify this Code of Conduct at any time and in its sole discretion.
