The Media Production Show is a unique event for all those working in the creative industries, covering a multitude of content genres during various stages of production across the globe.
The two-day event will feature key exhibitors presenting their products and services that vary across pre-production, post and content distribution. There will also be a programme of high-calibre free seminars with some of the biggest industry names sharing their inspirational insights and valuable knowledge.
I mainly came for the seminars and talks and The Media Production Show did not disappoint. By offering an amazing but carefully selected range of subjects, there is quite simply something for anyone working in media production. The discussions and the subjects provided are relevant, current and in line with industry developments and demands.

The Media Production Show brought together people from such a diverse spectrum of media disciplines that there was definitely something for everyone. As a freelance composer it gave me the opportunity to make new contacts relevant to my career, and to check out some of the latest technologies in music and audio production. There were also seminars covering a wide variety of topics and it was great to hear people at the top of their game discussing the challenges that they face on a daily basis.

It’s important to have these shows in between NAB and IBC so that you can really connect at ground level with your customers all the way from the individual creative to the post facility to the enterprise customer.
Since last year there’s definite growth in the show, we’ve seen a lot of diverse group of companies and it’s really important to have everyone under one roof rather than having to go to different shows for different elements of the industry.
