The Media Production Show brought together people from such a diverse spectrum of media disciplines that there was definitely something for everyone. As a freelance composer it gave me the opportunity to make new contacts relevant to my career, and to check out some of the latest technologies in music and audio production. There were also seminars covering a wide variety of topics and it was great to hear people at the top of their game discussing the challenges that they face on a daily basis.

I mainly came for the seminars and talks and The Media Production Show did not disappoint. By offering an amazing but carefully selected range of subjects, there is quite simply something for anyone working in media production. The discussions and the subjects provided are relevant, current and in line with industry developments and demands.

For the jigsaw that is modern media production the combination of talks, stands and networking opportunities presented by The Media Production Show allowed me to take a big picture view of not only my current needs but also to imagine and plan future projects. This event is a must for all people involved media at all levels.

There are some shows that literally have too much to see and some not enough but I think that it had just the right amount of talks and stalls to give an overview of new and current kit. Will definitely be back next year and it’s also a great location.
